Update:
We dyno'd the car today with new extra tweaks
We changed the tension setup to a SDCE setup to eliminate belt slippage
We increased the boost to 11psi from 8psi
We dyno'd the car on a Mustang dyno which dyno's around 5-7% less than a dyno jet
.
The car made 630rwhp 609rwtq on a MUSTANG DYNO seeing around 13psi due to the filter removed. This would equal around 670rwhp on a Dyno Jet and 800HP on the crank
That is 130rwhp more than before the last tweaks
That is around 380rwhp and 330rwtq more than stock.
Here is the dyno sheet

As you can see there is some belt slippage in the midrange. The car made 500rwtq at 3500RPM and 609rwtq at 4700RPM. It made 630rwhp at 6000RPM where the run was stopped because the fuel system is maxed out.
We are going to fix the fuel system and go for 6800RPM instead of 6000RPM. We also need to tighten the
belts a little bit. All in all im pretty happy with the results giving its a Mustang Dyno
I hit my goal and now i just need to address the fuel system and filter size so i can drive the car on the street with no problems
Im also testing to see how much the stock motor would last with this much HP. I think 5K miles would be about right, but i will have to wait and see real life testing
