SI-DRIVE Performance Management SystemSubaru Intelligent Drive (SI-DRIVE) enables three distinctively different modes of vehicle performance characteristics by regulating the engine control unit (ECU) and by fine-tuning the electronically controlled throttle.
This system alters the engine and throttle mapping to three settings: basically Icy, Sport and Sport Sharp. It tailors the action of the throttle-by-wire system and the turbo boost to driving conditions, offering better traction when you need it and more aggressive torque when you want it.
