It's a fact that the big Lexus LS 460L, completely redesigned for 2007, achieves record levels of interior opulence. And technology too, I should add. This elongated Asian is chalk full of features that require several hours of getting used to before exploiting their full potential.

Relaxation cabin
In extended, executive trim, the rear seats of the LS 460L recline completely flat. The right one even features a lift-up footrest to create a bed-like comfort position.

But wait, it gets better: options include a complete massage system (Swedish or Shiatsu massage for the back and shoulders, from little vibrations to a full massage), heated/cooled seats, a rear seat fold-out table as well as a DVD entertainment system with a monitor that folds down from the roof at the touch of a button. In fact, there are too many options to list them all. Suffice to say that the car's interior is all about high-end, world-class luxury.
ولكن مهلاً...ان المراتب تحتوي على ميزة أفضل وهي مساج كامل للجسم (على الطريقة السويدية) للظهر وللكتفين من خلال اهتزازات خفيفة للجسم تصل لدرجة مساج كامل للجسم..بالإضافة الى ميزة تسخين وتبريد المراتب الخلفية ... ونزول طاولات خلفية من مرتبة الراكب الامامي متضمنة نظام DVD للترفيه وشاشة تنزل من سقف السيارة مع ضغطة زر...مع العديد والعديد من المميزات تفي بالغرض لتجعل داخلية السيارة افضل سيارات العالم فخامة (في فئتها) ... للمعلومية شباب جميع هذي المميزات موجودة على السيارات الالمانية..

In standard, more conventional trim, the rear compartment is still spacious enough to satisfy all parties. Comfortably sit and with the seat pushed as far back as possible, I had absolutely no problem crossing my legs and avoiding any contact with the front seatback -- the same can't be said about the movie theatre or the opera.
في الفئة القياسية تعتبر المرتبة الخلفية كافية جداً لإقامة حتى الحفلات مع امكانية ارجاعها للخلف قد الحاجة مع امكانية تقديم مرتبة الراكب الامامي (كما لو انك في سينما للافلام او قاعة اوبرا)
As for the front occupants, they enjoy as much room, comfort and luxury as those in the back -- minus the massages. The seats are adjustable in every imaginable position for a perfect driving position, while the dashboard, embellished with classy wood trims, is easy to read and control.

On the other hand, some functions remain a little complicated to use. Take the Advanced Parking Guidance System (APGS) for instance. With the help of this innovation, the big Lexus parks all by itself. The driver only has to find an open space on the side of the street and shift to Reverse. By giving instructions through the touch screen, the rearview camera will recognize the driver's intended parking spot and automatically back into it. The driver controls speed using the brake pedal, while the car steers itself into the space using sensors to avoid obstacles.
بالنسبة للتقنايت فهناك بعض التقنايت صعبة الإستخدام وملخبطة بعض الشيء مثل مساعد الإيقاف المتقدم خصوصاً وان السيارة تتوقف بدون تدخل السائق الذي لايطلب منه سوى البحث عن مكان شاغر للوقوف على جانب الشارع فقط ووضع السيارة على وضع الرجوع للخلف R وإعطاء امر الايقاف من خلال شاشة اللمس .. بعدها الكاميرا الخلفية تشتغل اوتوماتيكياً والسائق يخفف من سرعة السيارة باللمس على دواسة الفرامل والسيارة تضع نفسها في الموقف المحدد
رأي شخصي : نظام الإيقاف الذاتي في اللكزس فاشل جداً وصعب الإستخدام..مع احترامي الشديد لمحبي اللكزس

Easy? Well, the system requires several long minutes of getting used to and several long seconds to complete the maneuver. This is suicide during rush hour.
هل ترى انه سهل؟؟ النظام يحتاج لوقت طويل للتعامل معه ووقت طويل لايقاف السيارة .. ماهو رأيك لو كان الشارع مزحوم وفي وقت الذروة؟؟ !!!

سيارة لكزس اصبحت فئة جديدة مصغرة للسيارات الألمانية في ديناميكية القيادة..من ناحية القوة فهي تتمتع بمحرك V8 ثمانية اصطوانات بقوة 380 حصان اقتصادي جداً في استهلاك الوقود حيث لن تحتاج لاكثر من 8.4 لتر في الرحلات الطويلة وينطلق بالسيارة من الثبات لسرعة 100كلم في الساعة خلال اقل من 7 ثواني فقط (للمعلومية BMW 750 تنطلق من 0-100 خلال 6.0 ثانية فقط)
Adjustable at the touch of a button, the suspension can be set in Comfort mode for long trips or in Sport mode for shorter, more spirited drives. Steering is precise but not much responsive (meaning the driver almost never feels details in the road), while the brakes are powerful once you know how to use them properly. The driver has to remember that such a heavyweight, when launched at full speed, will need considerably longer braking distances.
