خطوة ممتازة , مهم التواصل مع الشركة الام أو عالاقل الوكيل الاكبر بالشرق الاوسط من طرفنا كمستهلكين لننقل لهم شكاوينا
عن نفسي ما عندي فولكس واجن لكن بارسل لهم شكوى بخصوص قلة الفروع والصيانة خصوصا بمدن رئيسية ومهمة مثل مكة والمدينة وقلة الفروع بالمدن الضخمة مثل جدة والرياض هذا عدا غلاء الاسعار الذي سبب قلة مبيعات الفولكس واجن رغم انتشارها عالميا

This is a complain against your local distribute in Saudi Arabia SAMACO
i am sorry to inform you that SAMACO is not good enough for a well known automaker like VW
my problem mainly is that SAMACO has very few braches for sales and for maintenance
imagine that in 2 large cities and the most important cities for Saudis and Muslims around the world SAMACO has NO branches
!!
because there is no branches at Makkah nor at Jeddah
Another problem is the prices of VW cars which is above the other competitors even for cars that come from mexico like the new Jetta
and as Saudi citisen i am sure you are awar about the low selling of VW cars here in SA even though VW is very popular around the
world
i hope you will take action to correct these issues
